Raksha Bandhan
रक्षा बंधन
A sacred pooja before the rakhi is tied
Before sisters tie the rakhi, a small Ganesh + family kul-devta pooja invokes protection for the brother. Especially meaningful when siblings live apart — we perform the pooja live and both can join by video from anywhere.
Significance
- Ganesh pooja for vighna nivaran of the brother
- Sankalp chanted with both sibling names & gotra
- Traditional rakhi thread blessed on the deity
- Prasad shipped to both siblings' homes
