Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and TheAiGeeks Lab, the primary company that owns and operates the Sanatani Store brand and the website sanatanistore.in. By browsing the website, creating an account, signing in with Google, booking a service, topping up your wallet or purchasing a product, you confirm you have read and accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Invoices and payment gateway statements may show the legal entity name TheAiGeeks Lab rather than the brand name.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you submit, and for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You may sign in using email or Sign in with Google; using Google sign-in means you also accept Google’s own terms for that service.
• We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, chargeback abuse, impersonation, abusive conduct towards our team, or breach of these Terms.

3. Services we provide

• Poojas — performed by verified acharyas following a standardized shastra-vidhi SOP, either live online or, in serviceable areas, with a pandit at your home. Venue defaults to our Sanatani Jyotish Kendra, Chandigarh unless stated otherwise.
• Astrology consultations — scheduled sessions with our senior astrologers.
• Acharya AI — an AI-assisted Vedic guidance chat billed per minute from your wallet.
• Handwritten Kundli — a personally handwritten report prepared to order.
• Products — samagri, ritual kits, home-temple items and merchandise.

4. Bookings, slots and confirmation

A booking is a request until confirmed by us. We confirm your date and slot over WhatsApp or email, normally within 2 hours during support hours. Daily slots are limited; if your chosen slot becomes unavailable we will offer the nearest alternative or a full refund of that booking. Sankalp details (name, gotra, wish, birth details) must be submitted before the ritual begins — we cannot alter them after the pooja has started. Muhurat and panchang timings shown on the site are computed for guidance and may vary by location.

5. Pricing, taxes and currency

• All prices are shown on the product or service page, in Indian Rupees (₹) unless another currency is selected. Non-INR prices are indicative conversions; the amount charged is in INR.
• Many poojas offer dual pricing — with samagri and without samagri. Please select the correct option before paying.
• Some services are listed as “Price on request” because the scope depends on your kundli or the number of acharyas required. We quote before collecting any payment.
• Applicable taxes are included or shown at checkout. Shipping and international delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
• We may change prices at any time; the price shown when you pay is the price that applies to that order.

6. Payments and wallet

Payments are collected through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. We never receive or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking credentials. A booking or order is processed only after the gateway confirms success. Wallet top-ups are credited to your Sanatani Store wallet and may be used for Acharya AI minutes, consultations and orders. Wallet balance is non-transferable and not withdrawable as cash; unused balance from a failed or cancelled service is returned to the wallet or to your original payment method per our Refund Policy. If a payment fails but money is debited, the gateway usually auto-reverses it within 5–7 working days — contact us with the reference and we will follow it up.

7. Acharya AI — per-minute billing

Acharya AI is billed per minute from your wallet, at the rate displayed on the chat page before you start. Billing starts when the session begins and stops when you end it or when your balance runs out — sessions stop automatically once the balance is exhausted, and we do not extend credit. AI responses are generated guidance, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and are not a substitute for a consultation with a human astrologer.

8. Delivery of prasad, samagri and products

Prasad is dispatched within 24–72 hours of the pooja. Products are dispatched within 2–5 working days. Domestic delivery typically takes 3–8 working days and international delivery 7–21 working days, subject to courier and customs timelines. Import duties, customs charges and local taxes for international orders are payable by the recipient. Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed. Please provide a complete address and a reachable phone number — repeat dispatch caused by a wrong or incomplete address may be chargeable.

9. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling and refund rules — including the timelines for poojas, consultations, products and the non-refundable nature of handwritten kundli orders — are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Recordings, media and privacy

Live online poojas may be recorded and shared with you as proof of performance. We will not publish a recording, photograph or your sankalp details publicly without your consent. Testimonials are published only with permission. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Acceptable use

• Do not use the website for anything unlawful, hateful, defamatory, or disrespectful towards any faith or community.
• Do not attempt to breach security, scrape at scale, reverse engineer, overload or disrupt our systems.
• Do not submit false identity, payment or birth details, or someone else’s data without their permission.
• Do not resell our services or misrepresent yourself as an agent of TheAiGeeks Lab.

12. Intellectual property

The Sanatani Store name, logo, website design, photography, written content, kathas, panchang presentation and kundli report format are owned by or licensed to TheAiGeeks Lab. You may use them for your personal, non-commercial reference only. Any other reproduction, redistribution or commercial use requires our written permission.

13. Nature of services and disclaimer

Our poojas, kathas, remedies, gemstone or rudraksha suggestions and astrology readings are part of traditional Sanatan practice, and are believed by devotees to bring peace, focus and auspiciousness. They are offered in good faith as spiritual guidance and are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or investment advice. We do not promise any specific material, health, career, marital or legal outcome. Always consult a qualified professional for medical, legal or financial decisions.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a service or order is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service or order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, nor for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including courier delays, internet or power outages, payment gateway downtime, natural events, strikes or government restrictions.

15. Grievances and dispute resolution

Please raise any issue with us first at namaste@sanatanistore.in; we acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within 15 working days. If a matter remains unresolved, it is governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chandigarh, India.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as our services evolve. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
