  • More than 24 hours before your slot: full refund.
  • Within 24 hours (after samagri is arranged): 50% refund.
  • After the pooja is performed: not eligible for refund (the punya is already yours).

Consultations

Cancel more than 4 hours before your slot for a full refund. Rescheduling is always free.

Prasad

If prasad is damaged in transit, share a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours and we will re-ship at no cost.
